Cynthia Richmond - Therapist and Dream Analyst

Cynthia Richmond is a board certified behavioral therapist, author, educator, and expert on dream interpretation. She lended her expertise on programs like Oprah, Dr. Phil and The View, among many others. Cynthia draws on her experience as a therapist and dream counselor to show us how to harness the power of our dreams and make our life goals come true. Cynthias book Dream Power, How to Use Your Night Dreams to Change Your Life (Simon & Schuster) helps readers remember, interpret and use the insights gleaned to make their life goals a reality. Richmond explains that dreams can relieve stress; impart self-knowledge, inspiration and warnings and solve problems. She even touches upon "astral projecting," in which the soul leaves the body during sleep to communicate with or visit "that which exists in spirit." Through her work, she has assisted people in overcoming lack of assertiveness, phobias, fears, relationship issues, inability to communicate effectively, depression, family and parenting issues and low self-esteem. She believes that to understand our dreams fully we must look deep into our hearts and souls and ask: What do we want out of our lives? What are we afraid of and what do we love? Who are we? The answers to these questions will come to us in our sleep, if we recognize the wisdom and truth of the dream world.

For InfiniteQuest, Cynthia will be providing insights into our dreams which will help empower our members.
