Happy New Year!

As I was thinking about what to write to start off the New Year, the first card in my Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck came to mind. It’s entitled New Beginnings.

I know that many of you are thinking about what you would like to accomplish in the New Year and this card is meant for all of us in all areas of our lives. It shows that each and every journey begins with the all-important first step. When this card presents itself, it’s confirming that it’s time for you to take a brave leap of faith - but be prepared as you do so.

Heaven's Calling Cards

One of my frequent sayings that I like to use is: “Those on the Other-Side want to talk to you as much as you want to talk to them!” There are so many ways that they might try to get your attention, but for many people the signs go unrecognized. Whether you’re still feeling emotional because of a recent loss or just immersed in the business of life, it’s easy to simply miss those little signs and symbols that they’re trying to send you.

The part of my work I love most is teaching my psychic development workshops. To watch people at the start of the weekend, completely unaware and then to watch them leave two days later, with a whole new consciousness and new connections, not only with themselves, but with their loved ones. There are many different types of messages, signs and symbols that our loved ones use to tell us that they not only love us, but that they’re still connected to us. These signs and symbols come in all shapes and sizes. They can easily be missed in the wink of an eye. Another one of my popular sayings that I often use is: “Neither time nor death can ever separate us - love is truly everlasting.”

Let’s be clear what exactly these signs and symbols are known as. They’re called ADC’s (After Death Communications). These ADC’s come in many forms and it’s important to stress here that they’re not facilitated through a psychic, a medium or using a tool of any kind.

These are spiritual experiences, which happen spontaneously and are usually quite personal. I believe that when a loved one passes before you (and once they settle again) that they often do everything in their power to get your attention. When they do send a sign, what are they trying to tell us? Simply that they have survived death and that they love us and want us to continue to live our lives to the fullest.

The Major Arcana Tarot cards represent the mythic journey of our soul’s transformation through the imagery and symbolism into awakened consciousness. As we study the cards we will turn our experience into wisdom. In essence the archetypal symbols of the Tarot represent the human condition as it relates to our lives. I invite you to come along on this journey with me to better understand ourselves, learn how to listen to our inner voice, and come to know that we are all spiritual beings in human form.
