This is your InfiniteQuest. We are therefore concerned about our members finding their way to the right sources for all your metaphysical and astrological needs. In this light, I would like to offer some suggestions about finding a true and properly qualified astrologer, as many people who say they can interpret the heavens actually only have their head in the clouds!

Here are a number of things you should know about selecting the right astrological reader:

  1. Do not forget that you have the right to ask an astrologer about his or her educational background and qualifications. All true astrologers will be happy to provide this information to you and most will have their backgrounds posted on their website. Should any astrologer be reluctant to give you this data, immediately seek out someone else.
  2. It takes at least seven years of study and practice to be qualified to “read the heavens.” Ask where they have studied, when they began and who have been their most influential teachers. If you are still skeptical or these names are unfamiliar to you, simply “Google” these names and do a little research on your own.
  3. Although not all consulting astrologers are writers, the vast majority of serious astrologers are also published authors. Ask what books they have written or where they have published their articles and research papers.
  4. Find out if the astrologer is a member of any of the following organizations: NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research), ISAR (International Society for Astrological Research), or AFAN (Association For Astrological Networking). In this respect, find out if the astrologer has taken and passed the ISAR qualifying examination.
  5. Inquire as to where the astrologer has spoken and if he or she has ever presented at UAC (United Astrology Congress). If the answer is “yes,” the astrologer has already passed a qualifying exam in the eyes of his or her peers.
  6. Ask if the astrologer has been nominated for or has won a “Regulus Award.” If so, you are in luck indeed, for this is the astrology community´s highest honor.

I hope that the above will prove helpful to you. I also assure you that all of the astrologers here at InfiniteQuest are indeed highly qualified professionals and we would be very happy to read for you.
